Technique & Stamina

Denis Hollywood, Armagh Senior Football Trainer, takes a series of drills that develop the technique and stamina of your Gaelic Football Teams.

This series of 15 video drills will help to improve your team's core skills. The most basic GAA skills are the most important, and these drills help you to coach your players in these, and thus improve their performance. It also emphasises how to maximise your players fitness through more intense drills and sessions.
